If you’re experiencing a dental emergency please call us at (828) 505-3410. To request an appointment online use our form below. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preference for date and time, and contact you to confirm availability.
Cancellations
We require a confirmation of all appointments either by text message or phone call.
We do charge $75 cancellation/no-show fee if you are unable to make your appointment without at least 24 hours prior notice. A cancellation made with less than a 24 hour notice significantly limits our ability to make the appointment available for another patient in need. Thank you!
New patient forms
Once you book your appointment, we’ll send you some paperwork to compete. Just fill it out on your device and send it back. Please review our HIPAA notice of privacy practices here.
Payment options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and work with many dental insurance plans for established patients as a form of payment.
Non-established, emergency patients will be required to file insurance claims and pay for treatment at the time of the visit. Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicaid.
We will happily verify your insurance before you arrive. Please e-mail us a photo of the front and back of your insurance card along with the primary account holders birthday. Please note that e-mail is not HIPAA Compliant. If you do not wish to email your information, feel free to call us instead.
Now just lay back, relax and listen to some good music (we love requests), and oh yeah, let’s get those teeth checked out.
